November 23, 2024-- How Do You Do!

As it turns out, all of those updates that were written here were never actually uploaded to the website... weird. Anyways, everything is all updated now, and the site it the location of some information for an ongoing informational page for first-year students at the University of Rochester. August 3, 2024-- Greetings!

It's the end of summer now, so a few updates can now be given. The server now runs a different operating system, and now has additional services! Chat.jglotr.org now exists, and is a private web-based IRC client, which has access to a private IRC server, for personal use. In order to access to this, you need a username and a password, of which needs to be bequethed upon you by myself.

May 18, 2024 -- Howdy!

It's time for an update as to things that have changed in the past year, and what is likely to change! (Now that I am back from college for the year...). As a recent change, pretty much the entire hardware backend of the website has been changed, due to a catastrophic failure (Goodbye, sweet computer). Everything is now more optimized, and a bit faster. All of the previous services function as they used to, and new services are able to be applied.
As for planned services, chat functionality will be coming to JGlotr.org soon! This will be an irc server with TheLounge being used as a web client. (As soon as I have time to set it up). Other services may also be added, though the nature of them is unkown at this present moment. May your lives be merry and long-lasting!

Welcome to JGlotr.org! This is a new website, so please excuse the random Errors and whatnot present on this site. It was created in KompoZer, on a PowerBook G4, so it was really just me having fun. (It was time to replace that old "website", after all...)
