The Internet is a pretty cool place-- A place where people can express themselves, and have a page to call their own. And, myself being a nerd, of course I have a page on here! I'm sure naught but my friends will visit this page, but here it exists, for any who wish to see it!

This page was all made by hand, by way of my favorite text editor Kate. I'm not much of a web-dev person, so I'm sure the my wonderful HTML and CSS is "special" when compared to more standard practice. I wanted to showcase what I do know how to do, and give myself an opportunity to learn more web-dev wonderful-awesome fun-fun times. If you don't like the way my Website looks, deal with it. I like how it looks, so take that.

In order to avoid JavaScript, this site make use of some pretty interesting CSS and HTML tricks. Unfortunately, as a result of this, this web site will not load on a couple of niche browsers (And, indeed, many older browsers from the 1990s). I can no longer say my computer is MacOS 8 & Windows 95 Compatible. : (

Hosting?

I self-host my website. Why? Because why not! I have a lot of experience hosting my own stuff, and even have my own homelab setup!

Interested in setting up your own Homelab? You can really start with anything! I've used old computers, all-in-ones, laptops, mini-pcs, pretty much anything I could get my hands on, all to run game servers, web stuff, and really anything I wanted. The internet is a wonderful thing, and particpating in it is easier than ever! Of all those computers, a majority were being thrown out by their previous owners, who simply gave them to me. Thrift Stores can also be a good resource for getting computers on the cheap.
